Companies also have the opportunity to build their brand awareness to students through online campaigns.
The recruiting industry is undergoing a swift change towards specific zoom-in and towards a generation that has been synced with technological trends and globalization. All this is accelerated via digitalization and automation. The new generation is inclined towards trends such as work-life balance, freelancing opportunities while globetrotting – seeing work as a means for self-expression. Part-time jobs are increasingly popular. As automation and AI advance, it will become critical for people to attain and foster a different skill-set – such as creativity, cooperation, critical thinking. Proper setup of teams within companies requires identifying the right people based on their competencies and personalities. Large companies do not have the time to micromanage and high level of automation is required. Data collection and data analysis will be the key drivers. The current status of corporate real estate industry is a fine example. The concept pioneered by WeWork, followed in troves by other coworking spaces, changed how new office spaces are built. This will further trickle down to recruitment agencies, job portals, recruitment software etc. Sites such as Jobs.cz represented the first wave of digitalization. Other platforms emphasizing the social and educational element followed suit (e.g. LinkedIn), all along the lines supply – demand. However, the current development indicates that this has been reversed, demand – supply, focusing on the employee. Kareer, backed by a great team, could play a pivotal role in this.
